Q: How about your warranty?
A: We carry out 100% inspection on our products. If any quality issue occurs, we will arrange 100% re-work. We guarantee a 1-year warranty. If you find any quality issues, please do not hesitate to contact us for parts return.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: For payments <= 1000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments >= 1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, and the balance before shipment.
Q: What certifications do your products and processes hold?
A: Our manufacturing processes are certified under ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards, alongside multiple patent certifications.
Q: What materials can you process for gears and molds?
A: We can process a wide variety of materials including ABS, Nylon, POM, PA6, PA66, MC, PTFE, TPEE, LCP, PVC, PP, and PE. For molds, we commonly use S136H, 718H, NAK80, P20, and H13.
Q: What quality inspection measures do you have in place?
A: We conduct 3 rounds of quality checks starting from raw material receipt to the finished product. We enforce a 100% inspection policy, aiming for a quality acceptance rate above 99%.
