Q: What kind of gear reducer motor can you make?
We can make DC motors below 3V-36V, with power less than 40W and diameter less than 45mm.
Q: Can the gearbox be matched with other motors?
Our standard gearbox can be matched with other motors. The matched brush, brushless, hollow cup, and stepping motor need to match the shape of our gearbox or require gearbox shape modification. Matching with other motors also requires custom proofing to prevent low efficiency, large losses, and short lifespan.
Q: How do you handle customized gearboxes?
As a gearbox manufacturer with R&D capabilities, we support customer-specified gearbox shapes, required reduction ratios, and output speeds to develop customized products. Alternatively, you can provide your own R&D design, and we will optimize it for production and assembly.
Q: Can you provide planetary gearbox samples for testing free of charge?
To promote cooperation, we can offer samples. However, due to the high volume of requests, clients typically pay the sample and freight fees initially. If a formal bulk order is placed, we can refund the sample fee. We appreciate your understanding.
